Alternatively go outside and find a long stick or break it off a tree. I wouldn't stick my hand in the water even if I were to wash it with sanitizing alcohol afterwards, just the mental disgust would make me vomit. Coat hanger might work too, I would suggest making it curved about 6 inches before the tip and making a 90 degree tip (~1 inch long) so that it works like a scoop. Be sure to let the water level go down naturally before you flush again. | ||

I usually fill up a normal bucket of water, then flush and pour the water from the bucket at the same time. Personally, never had a shit still hold after 2 buckets... | ||
