After almost a year of not playing at all, I've decided to come back to starcraft!!!
Note that I haven't exactly left the starcraft community, as I still watch about 20-25 hours of games a week. However, playing starcraft was putting too much pressure on my during my undergraduate days at harvey mudd (just about the most difficult, work intensive college in the USA.) As a result, I had to turn down:
WCG 2006 grand finals (Lastgosu couldn't go, I couldn't go, Artosis ended up going) Playing at Blizzcon 2007 PGL in China WCG 2007 USA finals Playing in the TSL
More importantly I was without: -That wonderful electric feeling in your fingertips after a long session -The satisfying feeling of accomplishment -The joy of analysis and improvement
Thusly, I've decided I'm going to start playing more (as much as possible). I'll try to document my progress as well as provide some more audio-type commentary on my thought processes. Yaaaay BW

Welcome back.
I do hear Harvey Mudd is a lot of work, haha. I dunno why one would go to a school that has a reputation for working your butt off, but I'm sure you learned a lot.

Yea I'm pretty bad if a college had any reputation for making their students work their asses off I didn't apply (UChicago, Northwestern, MIT, Harvey Mudd, etc.). I'm sure Harvey Mudd's a great school though.
Imma stop derailing their thread. Good luck Day!

You can't be "the best zerg in america" and lose to Louder.. it's like a rule. Only we call it logic.. especially when money is on the line. Then you really have no excuse.
