question about k-map and this problem

it asks for you to draw a k-map with the function:

f = x1x3' + x1x2 + x1'x2' + x3'x3

i was wondering how i would start this?

im familiar with using x1x2x3 as a variable but this one would give x1x3' for example, what happen to the x2? can someone start me up with that?

the whole question asked:

X1X3' would mean that X1 = 1 and X3 = 0. X2 can either be 0 or 1. So starting the k map..

edit: oh crap, it doesn't come out right, quote me for the k-map to look right

oh and to make a minimized SOP, you just combine terms after you finish the kmap and make a new function.

oh i see, so basically the x2 is just a dont care. the k-map looks weird, is it a 3 variable k-map?

i was taught using this kind of kmap, essentially the same thing, though.

possible if you draw it on paint? how would the truth table look like though, its weird as hell.

x1x3' would be a box based on those crossed each other to become a 0 or a 1?

mm kinda sucks haha. X3X3' should be ignored because of the identity X and X' = 0.
