As most Swedes who come to CPH I'd imagine you wanna grab a beer. They're plenty of places, but when I'm in Copenhagen I either prefer the ultra cheap places or some music places. I'd recommend rust (http://www.rust.dk/pages/start.php) if you're into music: check if anything sounds interesting and go check it out.
Christiania is still awesome: the culture, the people and the nature is amazing, and if you're into getting high getting hold of some pot is not hard at all. There's also a very good restaurant called Spiseloppen where you can get quality food for not too much money. If you got make sure to check out the local grocer - indkøberen - and pusher street, the old cannabis haven.
Glyptoteket is recommended if you're into arts and nature. Usually there's some cool exhibitions as well as some works by a couple of well known artists. If you're into that check it out, and if you want more consider Statens Museum for Kunst as well.
Of places just to hang around I favor one of the many parks or around the lakes (ask for 'søerne') as well as Nørrebro. AFAIK there's a dormitory (kollegie?) which means that there's a lot of small bars where you can meet the danish youth.
The danish parliament (Folketinget) is nice to see, but it's pretty hard to get in. Walk by it on your way to Christiania if you must see it.
A boat ride around the coast line is a nice way to see Copenhagen as well. You get a nice view of the little mermaid, which is crowded with Japanese tourists from the land side. You also get a VERY nice view of the Opera house, as well as the many companies that have their headquarters by the waters. Be sure to check out the 3 mio. $ penthouse appartments if you go for a sail

Strøget is nice as well. I suggest starting at Rådhuspladsen (Town Square), where strøget starts, and making your way further down the street. Be sure to check out the side streets as well: lots of cool shops there as well. For the sake of all danes, please do not give any pan-flutists any money: they're annoying as fuck, and most of them can't play.
If you're into more shopping Pisseranden is worthwhile as well. IIRC there's a few net cafes so if you feel like starcraft, go there.

Eating good is possible for not a lot of money. A nice evening plan is to grab a Shawarma at Shawarma Grill House (supposedly the best in town: haven't tried all of them, but damn they're good.
http://www.mandala.dk/gaia/shawarma.shtml) and go watch a movie in Palads. You've still got the night ahead, and it hasn't been too expensive.
Hope it helped!
