all of these girls were hand picked from competitive auditions when they were very young, and then they were trainees for years until they finally debuted as a group. as far as i know, a lot of the celebrity managers/companies recruit new faces by spotting them on streets or via rumors that there is a really pretty/talented person at a school or something. | ||
