Bernanke: Bro, I need $700 billion to bail out the financial sector! Otherwise the economy's gonna explode in your face! I need it now! Congress: Well iono, that's a lot of money. Bernanke: Come on Bro, we go way back. I know what I'm doing. And when has the fed said it knows what it's doing and it didn't? Congress: Well there was that one time during the '30s... Angry Liberal: No Congress! Don't do it! You're only creating a moral hazard for wealthy investment bankers and reconstituting the credit bubble! Surely, a more aggressive fiscal stimulus is the best solution to this crisis! Bernanke: Shutup peasant. Get back to paying off your adjustable rate mortgages. Oh wait, you can't. Congress: The Angry Liberal has a point... Bernanke: *cough* elections *cough* Congress: Oh, right... Angry Liberal: No! Congress! Don't do it! Don't you get it? The bailout... *Congress passes bill* Angry Liberal: It's a TARP!

isn't the idea of a fiscal stimulus that you give people free money? isn't there also some kind of a duck cartoon that warned about free money?

that's just cold man, ice cold
@op
The cliche's you use are not really recognizable, I have no idea how to envision it because there are a million action thrillers and all of them are different. If you want to do something people 'get' you should just pick 1 really well known script and edit it with your context that works so much better.
