If you want some real romance, watch: Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, Myself Yourself, Clannad and Ouran High School Host Club. If you want some mecha anime with a decent story: Code Geass, Gundam 00. If you want some adult anime, with gore and a good story: Claymore, Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni. | ||

I'm watching like 4 episodes a day..at night. | ||

Gundam 00 is a mecha with romantic elements. Although not a romantic anime and since you like Death Note, you may like Code Geass. | ||

At that, I stumbled onto the official site of the galge another day when searching for something else and found character popularity polls, the results were surprising enough to make me wonder how bloody different the anime was from some of the offered routes. Spice and Wolf is an interesting one, I have difficulty classifying it as romance even though it should fall under that ultimately, guess attachment to the light novels made me forgot about it being animated at all :p In that vein though, Banner/Crest of the Stars also qualify, methinks, and I strongly recommend that even though it is such an old anime. | ||

As for Code Geass, the first season was better than R2 imo. They were rushing through it. I did like the ending however. ALL HAIL LELOUCH!!! | ||
