it was raining
(Last summer photo. It poured for hours, and I was wandering in the woods all by myself, with my camera and a plastic bag to keep it dry. A really amazing experience.)
Critics are welcome, and as always, it's a pleasure to share!

the recent photos were taken today
and as you can see, there's no snow here yet
although this is a temperate zone, we should be seeing some soon i think

Not without filters
and yes I use the 400D, with the kit lens which SUCK btw. Hoping to get a Sigma 10-20 & some grad/ND filters soon

Totally different from what I shoot
Grads are fun, and I love my sigma 10-20 its a really nice piece of glass but its a bit slow.(replaced with tokina11-16mm f/2.8)
I suggest getting a 580EX II when I first tried strobes I was blown away!
Anyways I shot these with the Sigma they woulda come out better with the Tokina. Depends on the type of photography you do. You seem to use longer exposures.

Wow those are really good, even though different from what I'm into. I honestly saw a large array of good landscape photographers which use the Sigma (with EOS 350D/400D/nik d80, a 40D like yours is way too expensive for me at the moment).
Keep shooting yourself, and please, PLEASE post more of your stuff I'd love to see them

nah but i was gonna get one over the break, is it worth getting the premium account? I like it for Flickr. yeah a ton of people use the Sigma, but just from having used it I find it MUCH sharper and usable handheld (the tokina).
I felt like posting some picture but wasnt if people here would get it.
