You'll need the folowing (i'm just translating this straight from the original post..the person was not very specific with which exact shade of color she used):
MAC's eyeshadow, liquid foundation and face powder Anna Sui's Liquid eyeliner L'Oreal's mascara Lip gloss Fake eyelashes double eyelid glue PS (the author said she didn't use any PS skills on her pix..but she must had done sth to make her chin look so pointy..or maybe it was just the lighting~)
4. glue on the fake eyelashes along and apply the mascara along with the fake eyelashes
5. You do not need to draw your upper eyelid with an eyeliner because you already have the fake eyelashes on. So you'll only need to draw the lower eyelide with a black eyeliner.
6. Now you need to apply the eyeshadow.
a) brighten up the entire eyelid (between the eyebrow and the eyelashes line) using the white shadow.
It's not the makeup, anyways, it's the photography. It's not like she managed to change her skin tone by 50 shades by covering her whole face and neck and arms with some white powder. The angle makes a difference too. The makeup makes her look better but I'm sure if you saw her in real life with the makeup she'd still be fairly ugly.

Since I am colorblind I am immune to most makeup and therefore I can say that nothing changes about her chins/lips, to me they look the same in all of the pictures. The only makeup I see is mascara and common smootheners/shaders.
And tbh I believe that overall you can get the best results if you just use those 3, or is red stuff really that sexy?

Wow, you really are smart! Or maybe she just pouted with the mouth in the first pick and then smiled in the rest?? Seems far more likely than them finding another girl with an identical face except the mouth.
If it's the same girl, then it's two extremes. In the first picture she has an awful haircut/color, hasn't waxed and there's bad lighting. In the other picutres she has way better hair, clothes, make up, lighting, etc.. It also looks like she lost some weight between pictures, which would account for the jaw structure and what not.
Also this is a good example for what you can do when you actually care about your appearance, granted this is a bit extreme.
