Your friends probably went ahead with this without asking you because they must have known you'd say no if they asked beforehand, and if 15 individual minds thought this is what would be best for you, it probably is. I've read a few of your past blogs, and I for one think it will definitely change you for the better, or at least put you on a better path in life. If after 2 months of being with these buddhists, you still feel like nothing has changed, book another vacation to Thailand just for partying or whatever you want, but at least try this. Besides, even if you do go and party instead of doing this monk thing, your friends will find out you'll return in even more of a worse state than now. | ||
