My dad is suffering from two diseases right now. He has liver cancer and heavy jaundice caused by his liver cancer shutting off his bile duct. He's had 13 surgeries in the past month and looks like skin + bones + a face. fyi, he's Asian so his liver cancer is much worse than most other ethnicities because of the hepatitis that is prevalent in most Asian populations. I'm not sure what to do, but from my mother's comments to me, his time seems to be running out.   | ||

So is he still getting surgery? I mean the fact alone that he's getting surgery usually means there's still a chance otherwise they won't bother doing it. What do the doctors say? | ||

They can't even give him treatment for cancer because his jaundice makes it so he can't digest any foods with fat. I'm not sure whether it's a wishful thinking or actually possible could happen sort of scenario right now. I just don't know. :/ | ||
