Iccup replays

Hey guys,

So I have alot of time these days that I get to play starcraft and I play alot of games on iccup and with a few friends from back in 2003-2004. I think some of the games are interesting games.

My background. C+/B- (depending on the day) zerguser between 190-220 apm. My style is sometimes an exact mimic of the koreans and sometimes more of my own flavor.

I am seeing if anybody actually enjoys my replays, I know I'm not a top non-korean and definately not a gosu. So more for short introductions.

This is a new style of zvp for bluestorm I'm working on.

If you wish to talk about how good or bad my play is that is great! ... but please be kind , I'm just a guy playing a game after all =).

cool stuff. much better than that guy who claimed to be a top terran and had some kind of face injury or had to be hospitalized for something and posted his pics all over TL (anyone remember that guy? LOL).

anyways, does this only work for bluestorm? or bluestorm-kinds of maps (ie 2 player, with a small choke, etc)

yeah that terran is game aka mgz)ing and if i recall correctly he is still quite delusional and claims to be one of the best terrans.

Well, one of your weaknesses to your style is that you sac bits and pieces of your army to take down expos. It's kinda a variation on July or Kwanro's super-aggro style. But once he defended your attacks, he had an army and you didn't, allowing him to reduce you down two 2 mining bases and get a shot back at the game.

You're lucky your style hit him right before the Nony-esque reaver after templar tech. 24 lings are ridiculously op, but reavers shut them down really quickly.

I'm surprised you didn't rush hive to get cracklings sooner.

I normally do, and the early midgame was panic, I miss typed my lurkers/ling so he had many templar out, and I paniced for about 3-4 minutes I threw away alot of units not sure what todo. The next game he secured expos with more templar+reaver sooner.

I like using the drops more when they overexpand early, because if I can shut down his natural with lurkers even for just a minute, while preasuring another base , I'm going to ruin his macro long enough to catchup in grades or get ahead in expo. It is still a work in progress. This was the trial run for sure and after the poor early-midgame play, I am shocked I was able to win it.

In my games since then as soon as drop is researched, hive immediately.
