So anyways I play on west constantly now, especially around the time when a lot of koreans play. I figured it would be fun to play among the koreans and join their clans/teams etc. So far I joined two korean fams; 92with and SuFam and figured I should join a new team/clan and even one of their "towns" still don't understand the towns concept though.
Anyways I narrows down my choices for each.
For Clans I've narrowed it down to:
1. [GsP]- Channel op GsP... An ok clan very fun people ;D
2. [KaL]- another good clan, strong gamers, strong e-kasa preformance everytime and I know a lot of people in the clan and game with them a lot.
3. [saM]- for saM I need to actually tryout and go through member vote process which would take months, and I'm not sure if it's worth it. Only real benefit is that its considered a top west clan, but I'm not sure I could get in 
4. [ScM]- Very Friendly to non-koreans, already a few in the clan, Seems very cool and they give tons of benefits to their foreign members for some reason :D
I also have an idea of which Teams I want to join
1. DanceTeam- Considered the best west team but don't know of many foreigners who've been members in the past, I know incontrol was one though.
2. Starmania- I've talked to one of the managers and told me if I was able to get gather 15 member votes I could join. Seems rough to do but with the right connections is very possible... only problem, I DONT HAVE CONNECTIONS
3. TeamGanzi- Auto Join(almost) because I'm non korean!
Last I need help with is choosing a town:
yGTown or Skytown! I don't know much about either but heh!

I've been part of some of the less known west teams and I can say that even they have much much higher requirements than that, for GsP you either have to be a friend of a member or be atleast about B+ @ ICCup and even that may be too little.
I'd join GsP obviously if I could choose one from there and if I had the opportunity.
I think DanceTeam has huge requirements too, btw.

You'd probably be better off trying for Clan Kerrigan's Demise (Clan KD), but damn are their entrance requirements tough... you have to survive inhouse 1v6 for 10 minutes as Duran, or beat 2 clan Terrans as Kerrigan >_<

oh... and what's a town? I've never heard of that concept before. I also don't fully understand the difference between a "team" and a "clan" either for that matter except it gives people an excuse to be all like. "Oh i'm not in 2 teams, that's my clan, this is my team."

So, you're interested in joining one of the clans mentioned and you're asking TL which one is worth joining as a D+ player.
Is that it? Or am i missing something?

Getting to D+ undefeated really doesn't say enough about your skill level for us to gauge much. Also i'm pretty sure this thread is either a joke or you're purposely being difficult for fun. Unless English isn't your first language but I think it is.

Wow dude, join GM. They have a couple of nice players. I know you are like top player so those clans r like noob for you. Why not tryout for progamer, maybe you can go 2-0 everyone in courage and be the next no.1 in kespa? I would really love that!!
