It would be helpful if you also explained what about each of the three you like. It'll be easier to make suggestions.

arb's suggestion is good, ignore the rest b/c as usual, all anime threads becomes "ignore the op and write down the series that I like woohoo"
I only read Baccano vol 1 when it was supposed to just end there, so I've kinda held off on reading the rest of the volumes. It can only go downhill
I'll leave you these to watch: Cowboy Bebop Samurai Champloo Macross Plus OVA
When I've made personal recommendations based on pple's taste they've almost always enjoyed what I suggested to them, so hopefully you'll be satisfied with these.

Code Geass - like combo of death note and gundam Gintama - funny as hell

Some of the best and most creative I saw recently:
Kemonodzume Kaiba Mind Game Shigurui Ghost Hound

Samurai Champloo is the best anime I have ever seen. It wasn't easy to admit, but it's the only anime that i cared to watch for the 3rd time and probably it wasn't the last one. I loved everything.

Claymore and Code Geass for the win!

Geass. Although looking at the ones you have seen your tastes vary. Exile, Baccano!, and Hellsing are really different animes =/

Kara no Kyoukai, just because I need to be a fanboy.
That said, the things you have watched cover...quite the distance, rather difficult to make a coherent suggestion based on that, might as well as start recommending personal favorites.

Was always a fan of Mobile Fighter G Gundam too.
