Honestly, they need to start teaching kids about the internet in school these days... It's no wonder identity theft is such a common crime these days. | ||

Most viruses are removed from safe mode, so it should work. But yeah, search the internet for how to remove the program first. There are almost certainly hundreds of people who've had your problem before. | ||
