he met tl.net people in a social setting at BWWI, drinking and talking. socializing. he takes an interest in tl.net and other foreigners because he is obviously interested in talking english and getting to know foreigners, and because he enjoyed hanging out with them at BWWI, you know, NOT playing bw. I just don't think he cares to know about foreigners being nervous or playing bad when playing vs him, it's not like it matters to him. I think he'd rather chat about other topics, instead of being bothered with why x person lost to him or why x person played bad vs him (whining.). If you think that's ignorant fine. | ||

Unless this is just a passing thing and he'll lose interest, which it doesn't seem he will, I see no reason why he wouldn't want to interact with these top foreigners (like yourself maybe), including but not limited to ways related to Brood War. And I think any bridge between the two communities, even if it's a couple progamers beating top foreigners all the time, and foreigners being nervous, is good. | ||

Even if there is alot of apm spam to get that high I still like that some protoss players does it. Somehow it just feels a hundred times better to lose to a 250+ apm Protoss rather than a "normal" 150ish one. GL if you get to play Sea again - I would agree with him that you are one of the best foreigner protoss players out there. | ||

My main point is that there's a good chance of more games between the two if Sea holds his interest, and NonY will only play better in them when he's less nervous.
