Today the NCAA championships are going to be on CBS - which should be a lot of fun to watch. I'm most excited that a kid I ran against in high school made the finals for the 1500 meters - should be really fun to watch him run on tv. Besides the NCAAs, the olympic trials start the 26th of June and will be aired on USA and NBC which is also pretty amazing. Anyone else interested in any of this?   | ||

Hernnadez is running and is the #2 seed at 1:47.18 . DMR is not on the agenda of races for today, so I would presume it def isn't being ran. | ||

If you are mainly wanting to get better spurts for basketball, cross training would probably be the best. You can run a couple miles a day for stamina but do agility workouts to get your bursts up. | ||

As far as the 28th - looks like it should be an okay day. You'll get to see the 800m semis and the the 400M Hurdle finals. The 800 semis for me would be worth it to watch. | ||
