So I won a PvT but guy plugged cable so I didn't get a win.
I thought the server would auto give win but it didn't so... what do I do? File a complain or some sort, where to do it? any link? thx.

i've filed like 3 complainments and i got NO answer. Just forget about that game and move on

Save rep and just send in rep + complaint and they'll give you the win for sure. Sometimes it takes time, they have a lot to do you know.

Every complaint I've ever sent has been cleared in a day or two.
Complain on match list, if it doesn't appear, go to the relevant sub-forum and make a post.

You can file a complaint from your matchlist. It can take some time till it is cleared because ICCup as always has an admin shortage.
