Isn't it like, at least in some states, if you are partly a minority race, you are considered that race. So if you're half white and half black, you're considered black. I'm not sure if that's a national thing, but I'm pretty sure it's like that in some states. Some extreme cases involve being like 1/16th black and rest white but still being officially black. | ||

Also, racial politics in this country has traditionally been cast as black vs white, this would explain why Tiger woods is considered Black even though he's half Asian. | ||
