how do i install a language pack, i just reformatted. it used to be like "all the characters on this page cannot be shown, do you want to install this language pack?" it doesn't do that anymore. i tried just putting in the windows cd, but none of the options that came up let me install a language pack. is there another way to do it?

edit: nevermind, i just got it right after i posted this :D

control panel -> regional and language settings -> go from there.
