so basically my friends at school said if i got abs and muscles by the end of 30 or so weeks (term 4 start), they would give me 100 dollars.

should i do this? if so, what is the best way to work out?

i reckon i'm around 155-160 cm (i'm asian) and 40-45kg

i'm slim but a bit fatty in the stomach

You won't be able to do it if your only motivation is 100 dollars. That said, you should talk to your PE (do you guys have PE?) teacher about a fitness regime. Situps, crunches, pressups, etc. You also have to eat the right food, and a lot of it.

You could follow all those regimines and exercise routines or buy one of those trendy things you see on TV OR you could just do like 50 crunches a day, honestly you might be surprised how easy it is, you just have to stick to it and do it EVERY day, maybe even twice a day.

The real question is - is 100 bucks worth all the time and effort ;p. Of course if you *want* it then it obvoiusly it =D

Eat more and do anything physical daily and you should have muscles. As for defined abs just throw some situps in there on occasion.

You most likely won't get anywhere at your age, your body simply isn't ready yet for getting buff. It would also be bad for you, as you shouldn't start really working out until after you're grown out. 100 dollars is nothing for the amount of time and dedication it would take. So basically no, don't do it.^^

I workout twice a week right now and I'm pretty big. There are lots of different things to do, talking to someone IRL is probably the best way to get help.

Take a picture of your stomach and I'll immediately respond with your answer.

I would also like to say, getting abs probably is extremely difficult if you're Not "lean" in the first place. If your body is naturally lean and produces muscle definition without working out then you'll have it easier than previously thought. Different body types also play a role, having a pudgy body doesn't help to get that definition you want.

Everybody has "abs", it's just how well are they defined. Overweight people are able to produce abs faster because of the mass they carry. but since their body mass is larger you wouldn't be able to see them cause of their weight.

Eat alot, eat healthy, eat regurarly. Make a workoutplan that you follow.

Even if you fail the abs goal youll probably feel and look healthier overall.

Yep. Having a 6pack is all body fat %. You can make it more defined by strengthening the muscles, but it'll never show through if you have >10% body fat. You can probably do it though since you're a skinny asian guy at heart. Eating light and well, heavy cardio and light weight lifting should be your first step, so you lose the fat.

do crunches and reverse crunches.

do 15 crunches and rest for 30 seconds, then do 15 more then rest, 15 more then rest.

do the same with reverse crunches.

it worked for me and I'm a 40-45 kgs.

really depends, some asians are heavy, it really depends on the person's diet or genetic line. I eat a lot but I'm skinny.
