First a person will create a thread in the tourneys section with the title D level Practice or something like that. In the op, the host will list these pieces of information: The time the practicing will begin, the channel where you will meet, the format you will be using, and the amount of players who can participate.
The time of the session will include the time, in TL time, the session will start and an approximate of when the session will end. The day the session will be held is the day that the session is announced. This is to ensure that all players who sign up will be present. Players will be responsible for playing all the games within the approximated time period. Any game taking place after that approximate isn't required. Those who fail to play all the games they are required to play will not be allowed to participate in sessions occurring one month from that point.
The channel where players will meet will be specified by the host as battle.net, hamachi, or whatever. All players must be able to contact all others, so battle.net is recommended. All players should arrive in this channel at least 5 minutes before the specified time in the original thread. Anybody who does not arrive in the channel by the time specified in the thread will not be allowed to participate in that particular session, or any other session occurring within a month of the infraction.
The format of the session will be a round robin style of play. Groups will consist of 4 players who will battle all other players within their group in either a bo1 or bo3. The host will specify which. Everyone must complete his or her games before the next stage of practice begins. After the group stage, the groups will then order themselves from who had the most set wins (1) to the most losses (4). If two players have tied scores, the winner between their matches will be ranked higher. The people in the group will settle three way ties. In a session of 8, the number 1 from the first group will play the number 1 in the second group in a bo3 or bo5. In a session of 16 players, the number 1 of group one will play the number one of group 2, then the number one of group 3, then four.

The first person to sign up for the session will be number 1, the second number 2, etc.

Those who wish to participate will post the username they will be using on the particular server. In a session of 8 players, the first 8 who post their information will be the 8 who are allowed to play. If the host is going to play, they must clearly say so in the op. The order in which you post will determine the spot you get in the session.
I might have forgotten something, but that’s all I can remember atm. Please post improvements or things I did not explain clearly.
