EPTToday was the second day of my new internship. Unfortunately, I never got a chance to write about it yesterday, because right as work ended, I didn't get a chance to use the computers. But now that I have a chance to, I feel as it this would be a good time to write here.
As I said earlier in this post, I'm thinking of changing one little thing about this blog: the schedule. I'm thinking of posting once a week, on Fridays. If I miss a week, don't worry, I will likely post the next day to make up for it.
And lastly, I feel the need to tell you all about my recent gaming achievements. I've been playing a lot of Hearthstone, Vainglory, and CTGP Revolution. Surprisingly, I haven't been playing as much Smash Bros, even though I have a tournament to go to and I really need to practice.
For those who don't know:
- Hearthstone is basically a card game, but with magic and spells and dragons and all that. Basically Yu-Gi-Oh, but it is played competitively and Team Liquid has a pro team for it.
-Vainglory is a lot like League of Legends, but for mobile. I feel this is better for me personally, because I don't have a computer of my own yet, and I don't feel like writing blogs on TL.net would be as optimal.
- CTGP Revolution (or just CTGP for short) is a mod for Mario Kart Wii (I'm sure you all know what that is). It basically adds new tracks to the game, created by real people.
EDIT: It turns out that I forgot to write about my work day, because I'm a complete idiot who can be forgetful sometimes. We basically did more "get to know each other" activities, and we did some science-ish stuff, because that's what the internship is for.
