i have a feeling I registered for the normal tl.net stream but not liquiddota? I am extremely confused is there a guide somewhere I can look at ?
I applied and got this message from the bot... but it seems like even if I set my status to online nowhere does it show.

Once you turn on your stream you will be listed on http://www.teamliquid.net/video/streams/. You can edit your stream settings (race, description, language, and online/offline status) through the 'stream' link at the top left - http://www.teamliquid.net/mytlnet/mystream.php. If you're streaming SC2 make sure you set the game to Starcraft 2 to get the [SC2] tag in the sidebar. If you need to change your stream channel/site or thread, you will need to submit a new application.

on liquiddota, it's all automatic. ur stream only appears on the sidebar if u have at least 10 viewers i think

You also have to be tagged as streaming Dota on the streaming platform for it to show on this site.

This is also true for me. I've had to switch to watching on Twitch instead of here ever since the new ad went in due to mega frame lag every time I try to watch on LD
