I can train like 3-4 days per week but I would like to do it more and I am pushing really hard. I wish you a smooth preparation, no injuries, great sparring partners, fun and victory! broodwar good but not best (fighting sports best) It's an MMA bout. Training roughly 2 hours of pure jiujitsu, 1 hour of pure Muay Thai, 1 hour MMA, 1 hour strength and conditioning with my team then an hour or so of cardio and bag work at home Mon-Fri. Weekends about 2hours of solid rolling/sparring. Much less than the 8-12hours a day I used to do, but the idea is to train smarter not harder and to give my body time to heal between sessions even if it kills me not to be training all day everyday.

I don't know, it seem to me you are pushing too hard but I am no pro. I mean, I know the pro Muay Thai regimen and it's usually 10 km running in the morning, pads for like two hours, rest, afternoon it's clinch and sparring/bag for another 2 hours. They never do strength training or special conditioning. I suck now at training, I can do 10 rounds with small dumbbells and I am wasted haha. I really wish you success and please update on the actual fight.

Muay Thai (or any purely stand up style) is most focused on maximizing agility, cardio and burst power rather than more continued strength used in MMA due to the grappling aspects which results in different styles of training. I would put my training regiment closer to that of college wrestling than striking sports.
