this is what you get for buying a pack of 20 chicken thighs, you end up making all chicken videos!
Hope you like, this dish is really popular in china so that each region has its own way of making it, so it is the version I know of.
Two things to look out for in a stirfry, which is pretty fickle if you do attempt it:
1) consistency, cut ingredients to same size, and time when to put in different ingredients, so you don't have part of the dish overcooked and part of the dish undercooked.
2) clarity, you want to be able to enjoy each ingredients in its natural flavor, and the flavor should be able to stand independently, this is in contrast of a stew where all the flavors are mixed. Control moisture so it does not become a stew!

I was expecting this to somehow be a mistranslation of the phrase "choking the chicken." Possibly a nsfw story about the SC:BW player.

I like your videos but every time you touch raw chicken and then touch everything around you without washing your hands I cringe inside. It was kind of ironic that you ended up washing the bell pepper with your raw chicken contaminated hands :p
Python is garbage, number 1 advocate of getting rid of it.

He also cuts chicken on the same cutting board as all his other food ever >_<. In this case it's fine because everything gets cooked together anyway so there's no chance that the final product has salmonella. However he's contaminating his cutting board.

Reality is that it's probably ok, but it's definitely not food safety standard.

My board has 2 sides actually, one is for meat and one is for vegetable.
If i'm making a meat dish like this one, I chop everything on the meat side. But if I intend to only chop vegetables, I only use the vegetable side.
The chicken has been washed pretty thoroughly, but I didn't show it on camera.

But yeah in the end I just don't have enough energy to keep track of these things... I do make sure I scrub down my counter very clean after every cooking session though, but I can't really show that on camera. I think as long as everything that has a potential of contamination (from meat) ended up well cooked I'm jail free.

With all that being said I'll re-watch the video and see if I can fix the habit of touching utensils too much w/o washing my hands first. Thanks guys.

Guys... don't wash the chicken! unless its seriously soiled for whatever reason, in that case, why would you have picked that one.
