Stir fried lotus root with some hot peppers and green onions.
This is my first ever upload on cooking! Comments and suggestions welcome, but do keep in mind I have a very tight time budget so I cannot spend more than 30 minute a day filming / editing the video. So any suggestion would need to be sustainable (i.e. no big recurring time investment). Today is my first day so it took me around 2 hours to get everything sorted out, but in future ideally it would just be me filming whatever I happened to cook, along with commentary, and that's it. So any suggestions please keep these constraints in mind. I don't have much time to spare. The idea is not to show fancy food or to showoff my cooking. It is just to show others it is possible to make good food on a short money/time budget if you practice, and to stay-true to my words these will be short and low budget, so I myself don't spend too much time and money making them!
