i went to one of my friend's apartment today. it brought back nostalgia because this is the same apartment complex where my best friend from 5th grade used to live and i remembered going to his place a lot and we had a lot of sleepovers. anyway we had some alcohol. at around 5pm when it was already dark he called up some guys and we were 8 of us, 4 v 4, we played football outside next to the park in his neighborhood there's a big grassy field. at the beginning i was running and trying to catch the ball. my first piece of action was sneakily making one of the guys from the other team fumble as i jumped in the way of his catch. after some time i tried being quarterback. again, i was successful at first. one guy i didn't know who was on my team was constantly looking for my throw and we formed a good pair, like he knew where i was going to throw it and i could always locate him and get the ball to him. he scored 2 touchdowns. but unfortunately some of my throws were intercepted by the other team and usually by this one guy who is fast and a good catcher, so he caught my throws and ran like the wind lol. he was the mvp and scored 3 touchdowns after running like crazy. after an hour or so it was literally so dark that we couldn't see the ball anymore. one side of the park was totally dark with some big bushes and the other side was near the kid's playground with some chairs and big street lights. i couldn't understand how some of the guys were taking off their jackets because it was cold. i sat down on the grass a couple of times, one time kneeling, and one time laying down on my back because i'm not in the best physical shape and my lungs were hurting from running at full blast in the cold. one guy from the other team who was trying to cover me was surprised by my speed. at the end, some of them sat on the kid's swings and went down the kid's slide.

For some reason i always thought they were spelled differently, like Futbol and football. Maybe it's a spanish thing? b/c that's where i learned the spelling of futbol...

Oh well, you're Murican, so you should call it American football or Rugby or something, because football is football (soccer) for all the people outside Murica.

Going out and doing things like this with your friends is amazing. But next time remember to tell right in the title that it is handegg you're speaking of and not football :D
