Why ? Because "guardian" and "heores" are common names that are already overused in the gaming industry, and that sounds like a lame game with micro-transaction  . | ||

Of course if it turned into a multi million/Billion $ project it would probably be cheaper to settle with them about it if they found some cracked Judge who would even consider it.
