His exact origins are unknown but he is believed to be a Serbian now working as a Russian spy.
He owns a small apartment in the Bronx, a smaller apartment in New Jersey, and has a penthouse in Manhattan.
By day he works as an investment banker and stock broker under an alias to conceal his true identity, and by night he is involved in the criminal underworld, using his skills as an assassin and hitman to eliminate certain key people, fight corruption, and obtain large sums of cash.
Even though he reportedly owns a sports car, a luxury car, a luxury sports car, two different motorcycles, an Italian mafia car, an FBI car, a boat, and a helicopter, no one knows where he parks these vehicles as they have never been seen in stationary mode.
He has exquisite taste in fashion: the man owns several custom made suits in different colors with various ties, business casual outfits, sportswear, sweaters, dress shirts, jackets, a souvenir shirt that says he visited the Statue of Liberty, business pants, sweatpants, many pairs of jeans, tennis shoes, boots, moccasins, and sneakers. He also owns glasses, sunglasses, a mask to cover his face, a hat with a Russian flag, and a classic Russian fur hat.
He is no ordinary agent; he is said to possess superhuman powers and paranormal abilities.
His cell phone is supposedly possessed as all attempts to remove his cell phone from him have resulted in his retaining possession of the phone.
He has supposedly been shot a thousand times yet not even been to the hospital once.
He has superhuman endurance as he can run and swim for extended periods of time without fatigue or tiredness.
He has been said to go weeks without eating, drinking, showering, using the restroom, or even sleeping.
He has a virtually unlimited supply of weapons: knives, baseball bats, handguns, shotguns, AK47s, machine guns, Molotov cocktails, grenades, rocket launchers, and sniper rifles.
It has been reported that after police have fired bullets at his car, broken the windows, and blown out the tires, the bullet marks have miraculously disappeared and the windows and tires have been restored after a few seconds.
He is said to possess some degree of mind control ability as police and law enforcement agencies chasing him have been left dazed and confused and lost track of him on numerous occasions.
He has broken every crime for which a law exists: he has caused millions of dollars in property damage, killed hundreds of civilians and police officers in a variety of ways including weapons, speeding automobiles, hand to hand combat, and pushing people off high terrain.
He has shot down over two dozen helicopters.
Theft, burglary, larceny, and embezzlement are his hobbies.
His signature move is breaking into vehicles and driving off with them (sometimes even with the driver sitting in the drivers seat). He has been known to perform this even without the key in the ignition.
Rumor has it that he can make several vehicles, including automobiles, motorbikes, boats, and helicopters instantaneously spawn out of thin air.
Another rumor says that he can even change the weather to make it sunny when it's raining or create fog to hide from law enforcement in a tense standoff situation.
This fugitive must clearly be put to rest, but all efforts by law enforcement agencies as well as even by the military have failed to subdue him.
