When I was in track, my coach would always tell us to drink chocolate milk, pbj sandwiches, and vegetables. I had so much pbj in track and packed it for school lunch, I just got sick of it. If I had one now, I don't know if it would taste good or if I would grimace in the taste. | ||

Jelly is just the juice, combined with pectin, which transforms the juice into the jelly substance. Jam is the whole fruit that gets crushed and some pectin (not as much as jelly). Because of the less pectin content, Jam is much easier to spread and since it has more of the actual fruit it is at least hypothetically better for you. | ||
