well its 6:39 am , I just got home from 2 days ago..to summarize I have been living in Colombia for the last months, before I lived in the US, I think overall my life and happiness shas improved in some way, that I feel happy and depression has gone down a lot, if you ever followed my blog u would know I struggle with drug addiction and alcoholism since a very young age, due to many factors, but nothing but my own fault
anyways, im home and im higher than a kite, I have done less cocaine while in Colombia in a way, its different, back in the us I used to do huge rail roads of coke and stay up for 3-4 nights in a row, here I do small bumps that make stay sober and be able to party longer, in a way its the same but different.. but it gets me thinking..in the us I did it less often but in a bigger amount, here I do it more often but in smaller quantities, whats worse?
other than that, I started drinking very heavily again, I live in a small town where the bar scence is going on from Monday to Monday non stop until 7 am. its weird I live ina town ruled my drug lords and paramilitaries "self proclaimed armies" ..security is awesome but the enviorement is hardcore, lots of drugs sex and alcohol
which bring me to my next point, me living my whole life in florida were consent age was 18 and before that u go to jail, here I see 40 and 30 year old people dating and in love with 14+ and up girls and its totally normal and fine, when I 1st got here I ame a rule that said I wouldn't get involved with any girl under 18 but it just seems impossible the more I live here the lower I put my age limit, im in 15 now, but dam there are some fine ass 14 year olds that probably have more sex than I do lol.

I'm perpetually boggleminded at the thought of living in a place where you can get your hands on fistfuls of raw coke wholesale - that would be fucking dangerous for some people. Up here, you have to have a legit connection in a border state (and pay a premium, and arrange transport) to get ahold of anything that hasn't been stomped on 3 or 4 times. Just not worth the trouble.

I have a close friend and long-time business associate from Europe who has maintained a fluctuating habit for over a decade now. I don't know how he does it; I only lasted a couple of years before I crashed out of that life & had to take a sabbatical to get my shit together. He still runs the fucking company. Everyone's limits are different, but they're never as deep as we think they are. Always be honest with yourself about it, the shit's got hooks. Just friendly advice from a few years further down the trail.

1. I was around 14 or 15 at a house party in Miami , It got me really high, I couldn't stop moving my mouth and talking, I also smoked 4 cigs in a row and that made me puke , and I said I would never do it again lol

they are not millionaires or very rich at all, but my dad has a very top position with the government here and because we are living in a small rural town, what we have is a lot compare to the average "working" class and yes I love pulp fiction! one of my fav movies all time

and yeah I deff get what you are saying, imagine that I pay 5 dollars for a gram of almost pure raw coke, its insane..and Im similar to your friend, I like to think that I control my habit, but I do admit sometimes it goes out of control , but mostly the drinking.. I would say alcohol is more of a problem for me than any drug.. but then I get control of myself and I hide the demons

People gotta find their bottom and hit it before they wise up. Usually it's (threat of) death(s), (threat of) prison, sickness, or some other really really serious shit before they 'get it'. And with cokeheads they often start to get all paranoid that gov't agents are after them etc.
Btw, your cocaine use is pretty much exactly how the typical coke addict in NA would tell their story.
