You increased your leg press (of course you did more weight with less reps) and your "bench" was actually moving from a REAL bench press to the smith machine (with a 'spot', yeah we all know what that means). Congrats on the no-fap but this gym stuff is pure wank. | ||

There is only one good reason for edging: when you are suuuper horny but you cannot ejaculate for some reason (for example, you have no spare tissues, no bathtub in sight, etc.) Even then, it's kind of dubious... Though I personally would say a fap or two per week wouldn't go amiss - men who never achieve sexual gratification can become ludicrously tunnel-visioned towards getting women and will get desperate. | ||
