You increased your leg press (of course you did more weight with less reps) and your "bench" was actually moving from a REAL bench press to the smith machine (with a 'spot', yeah we all know what that means). Congrats on the no-fap but this gym stuff is pure wank. | ||

There is only one good reason for edging: when you are suuuper horny but you cannot ejaculate for some reason (for example, you have no spare tissues, no bathtub in sight, etc.) Even then, it's kind of dubious... I dropped my reps, and my buddy spotted me. Seems leggittest. But in all seriousness, good luck, seems like nofapping is the perfect cure to your current situation. Though I personally would say a fap or two per week wouldn't go amiss - men who never achieve sexual gratification can become ludicrously tunnel-visioned towards getting women and will get desperate. | ||
