I already have one cat and I really don't want another one. I'm making up some signs that I'm going to post in the park soon. Did you poke around the neck area to see if there is a microchip or whatever?? Just because there is no collar or anything doesnt mean he's not someone's outdoor cat. There are a lot of really fucking stupid cat owners who do that and they're indistinguishable from strays. I think the fact that it looks so young probably means it is a stray though. Someone's outdoor cat wouldnt sit there mewing like that. They're not super common like in some other countries, but I see them from time to time in NJ. My gf always begs me to take in the ones near my place and near her office haha If the signs dont get you anywhere, I'd post on fb to see if friends want him first. If not, you can check elsewhere (if you have a somethingawful account, go to pet island and throw it out there and see if someone wants). Failing that, i'd just start looking up no kill shelters now so you have them as a last resort. You could always keep him too so your cat has a buddy! I am sure you won't regret it  people who rescue animals are always swell in my book. Good on you man! | ||

. Good on your for making signs dude, that is the right way to do it. If the signs don't work out, Hawk gave good advice earlier, but I would also suggest the Humane Society; so long as they don't euthanize any strays that can't find a home, then it's not a bad place to give the cat up. In the end though, it's pretty hard not to get attached to kitties cuz they coot . | ||

Also targe, yeah it was awful. He started underneath my seat, but then climbed up to my shoulders as the drive went on. But then I had to slam on my brakes to stop at a light and he jammed his claws into my shoulder. Mother of God, that hurt. All my yelling made him retreat back under the seat, poor guy. | ||

anyways, that kitten looks adorable and seems to be the cuddly type too, I wouldnt let go of it if the other cat accepts it. Its much better for cats to live with another one anyways, almost a necessity if kept in the house imo. If the other cat can go outside its not as important, but if its a housecat id seriously consider keeping the cat as a companion if they get along with each other. | ||
