Hello TeamLiquidians!!
Incoming randomness and brain spurts coming, brace yourself....
Following your passion...I had no Idea the dedication and love you have to have in order to ride the ride it is...Its been a bit tough lately living the "starving artist" lifestyle. Luckily for my I have my wife who does well enough to support my ass as well as the family. I bring in a bit, and its growing slowly...I need that the slow build.
My passion and love of working with balloons is counter balanced with my dread and lack of willingness and motivation on the paper/biz side of things..I am working on it.. slowly.
My weekends and evenings are no longer times I share with my family. I am out at an event, a party, or working for tips only to even out the slow times...I am lucky I have a place that lets me come in and harass the customers.. they even give me a free drink(soda/tea)!
I really hope I am strong enough and disciplined enough to follow through on all things, more so on the tough things for me. I love all aspects of my work.
We all dream of finding that thing that drives us that makes us and shapes us into better people...I have found it and still moan ...hahah to be human is such a crazy damn thing, crazy damn lovely I think!!

Its weird..Life.. two things I truly believe that's everything happens for a reason the other is its going to be all right. With out the pit stops the slacking the play the F$#king off the set backs. We miss all those little bits and bops (love that saying) that we end up "picking up" along the way they that end up making us, shaping us into hopefully a better more understanding and whole human being Quote by me lol!!

You have such amazing talent. You mentioned that you're having some money problems, I'm guessing that means you're not bringing much revenue based on what you're doing? Would you mind posting what your current strategy is? There are a lot of knowledgeable people on TL and I bet some may be willing to help in giving you ideas on how you can better get your business out there and thus bring in more revenue.
For example;
1. http://www.kickstarter.com/ They love this kind of stuff. I did a quick seach and couldn't find anything similar to what you do, which is great. If you need a few grand for working capital they're great at providing that.
2. Have you contacted Blizzard? Your stuff would be great at conventions like Blizzcon.
3. I had a look at the websites linked in your profile. I don't think you should post prices. Especially things like "Starting at $35", "As low as $75.00 !!".
What you make are works of art. Low prices should not be the thing that attracts people. Your work does that. People have no idea what a giant "Yoda" should cost.
Just like if you walk through a museum and see a painting, most likely you have no idea how much its worth. But if theres a tag next to it that says "TAKE THIS HOME FOR THE LOW LOW PRICE OF $50", I bet you not only will no one buy it, they'll also think less of the painting.
That's all I've got now. I'm sure others will come up with much better ideas than I have. I hope it helps.

If anyone wants to see My balloons on the Swarm launch with Day9 its the second half around 4hour and 10 minute mark or so not that I was counting or anything.!!

I have never contacted Blizzard.... I have the time currently and the kids are getting old enough for me to travel a bit....
On that note I am heading to Vegas Monday the 18-Thursday the 21st do some balloons and hang with some pizza buddy's!!
The kickstarter thing has been floating in my head for a bit for a usa team sponsorship for WBC 2014 . I have not considered for my own biz though... I need to get a solid physical biz plan before anything though is my thought ... am I wrong?
As for the Pricing, I never had prices on stuff... But I have had many people saying they wish I had some general pricing info. I thought it would allow people to check and see first and get a ball park.
Ive been thinking on having two biz the Balloon artist Daniel Ravia of Ravia Designs and Balloon Man FuDD the birthday party, entertainer guy...
Just some thoughts any more advice, criticisms, etc please I welcome it all I want to grow and have insight from all of you!!

oh shit fudd. i remember going to fuddruckers in new jersey when i was small and lovedddddddddd it when bob the magician was there and would make balloon animals and such. you really make kids happy man. congrats.
