Forever alone today? Cook a roast like a gosu!

MFDoom United States147 Posts February 14 2013 14:50 GMT #1 Hey now – hope you’re not all forever alone on V-Day, but if you are: go to your local butcher/grocer, pick up a rib end pork roast, & follow my instructions on how to put a smile on your face AND fill your belly with deliciousness! Ingredients optional – be creative and try your own blend. The key is getting enough sugar into your sauce so that the roast browns, crisps, and creates a juicy coat comparable to the nectar of the gods. Want more tips on how to be a gosu in the kitchen? I did fish tacos last week and made a slaw out of that and some red cabbage and onions. I do use sriracha on a lot of stuff as well though. It's an awesome taste. your finished product looks very good though!

What does that even mean?? :D Let me know how you like the sauce - it is key to getting the crisp outer layer on the pork. More to come, f'sho... may just go ahead and make a dedicated YouTube channel for this category of content.
