When I became the manager for my university's CSL team, they told me one thing, if your going to be a manager/coach, you should get yourself into masters, well... ![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/6Aobe.jpg) Man this has been such a long time coming! They placed me into top 20 Masters, WOOOOT! Now all i need to do is figure out how to beat zergs in a new interesting way     | ||

Making Masters is no easy feat, and you should be proud!! That said, don't put too much stock in "top 20 masters". It doesn't really mean anything if you get placed into a relatively new division after the season has been going along for a while. For an extreme example, this guy (http://www.sc2ranks.com/us/3684788/DuStCruSha) is rank 20 in his division, but has 811 points, whereas #1 in your division has 493 points. Your 322 points, according to SC2ranks, puts you at #3,635/8,801 masters league players, or about 41/100 on average. So while you are technically "top 20 masters", in the average masters league division, you'd be ranked #41. In any case, welcome to Masters, and congrats again! | ||

Being masters sucks balls... low masters and below everythings simple and easy, now you need to deal with hardcore metagame and nuance... Skill gaps from ~300 to ~800 points masters is big and the skill gap is even larger from ~800 to ~`1100 and ~1100 to ~1500 masters. | ||

Oh, that's interesting, they removed the bias but new division creation still skews your rank. That's not something I had thought of. | ||
