I am trying to come up with ways to help calm my anger when things like that can happen. I have seen players like Huk use a stress ball during matches. Would this help me when I loose a game? instead of getting hot headed and punching stuff, would squeezing a stress ball really make me calm? Give me your ideas on ways to fix this.   | ||
