EPTFirst, there's a difference between some who wants to be a streamer, and someone who wants to stream their games. One cares about viewers, the other doesn't. Because of this I know some people who stream who could care less (I'm using it right. I think. x.x) about what I, a viewer, think of their stream. But for viewers, knowing what streams are worth watching and which aren't is important.
After a few of the (sorta) recent Dailys where Day[9] sent his viewers to a random stream at the end of the night(destiny use to do this too I believe), and my own interests in finding new streams, I decided to take it upon myself to really start watching unfeatured streams. Incontrol's Friday Find Day is cool and all, but damnit he's late and honestly if I were him I'd have better things to do.
Personally:
As a terran player and stream watcher, here's what I’m looking for:
1. High level play
2. Chat/mic interaction,
3. Solid stream quality,
4. Solid stream frequency,
5. Music that isn’t obnoxious.

Destiny said some words about this, and it’s so spot on. I enjoy dubstep, but honestly unless you’re a hardcore fan, there’s a time and a place to be playing it. I have to be in the mood to listen to it, and most of the time, it’s not when I’m watching a stream that’s anything less than 1080p. Low quality dubstep sounds fucking awful. On that note, and to echo destiny play neutral music. There are some genres that I think you just can’t go wrong with. It’s HARD to dislike. Not that you’ll love it, but you’ll have no complaints. Nujabes. Emancipator. Anything off of the Hydeout Productions 2nd Collection album. PDP. Yiruma.

I’m into fingerstyle guitar so I like Andy Mckee, Antoine Dufour, Craig DeAndrea etc, but I understand that not everyone is into it; A song like Rylynn would be ok, but I wouldn’t be playing Spiritual groove.

6. Someone who looks like they’re enjoying the game.
For me there’s DeMuslim, illusion and.. that’s kinda it. Merz, Major, Jinro, and Select don’t really stream that often. Qxc is climbing the list, and Last Shadow always seems like he’s in a bad mood. I think that’s everyone note worthy/featured.
So every week starting now I will be creating my own guide and review to unfeatured streamers, so that the community can see who's worth checking out and who's not. The threads under the User Streams can be very misleading, and awfully written (Great music and good games!), So I aim to provide an objective composition. Am I allowed to say a streamer is bad? I won't get in trouble will I? D=
