I believe this is the same person as RileyStarcraft and some other characters on SCIIMapster.
This player has been tampering with my games. Disabled a key upgrade, and prevented unit movement. Also moves groups of units into enemy fire, and there are some other things also.
I uninstalled SCII but if anyone here has connections with Blizzard alert them that this guy has embezzled millions from the company. He's also hacked WoW items, accounts, characters. He's caused losses with players in GOM TV leagues applying the same tampering affecting my games. He's also responsible for some murders. Particularly he abuses psychological effects of bizarre programming errors such as the above. He abuses these programmed glitches (some of which you should be aware of in Diablo III) [Chen Gui being one victim of this] in conjunction often times with drugs, particularly marijuana laced with PCP to cause people terror and confusion and these practices have lead to some suicides.
Because of this person's role at Blizzard, Dustin Browder and some colleagues, and also Diablo III's development staff including BLY, ACK, CrownRoyal, JL, and some others who are responsible for dozens of deaths, tens of millions in corporate fraud, embezzlement, etc. I've decided to uninstall all Blizzard games until there is some confirmation that the company is not in the hands of violent criminals costing society billions of dollars in lost social welfare both by creating terrible games with incredibly high development price tags, and also abusing the psychology of game players, creating popular hacks for their own games, and then abusing manufactured bugs preventing some targeted players finding items. And there's a lot of other stuff, and other employees worth protesting but these are the ones I have experience with and who are unrepentant and unreformed, dangerous and quite detrimental to both the solvency of Blizzard Entertainment and also to the player base. These people and others working for Blizzard are particularly dangerous to the player base and those working for the company because of their narcissistic tendencies, murderous ruthlessness, and mindless greed. They are a danger to players, especially sincere gamers who have a commitment to Blizzard's games and are psychologically invested.
Anyway I think that this protest won't fall on deaf ears. I know that this forum's own Konadora and some others who frequent TeamLiquid are aware of the deeds performed by these and other employees at Blizzard Entertainment

See, the piece of the puzzle that we're missing is that Failsafe is actually posting from within the CIA's version of the Matrix, where they're keeping him while they study ways to keep soldiers alive while they're constantly dosed with heavy quantities of incredibly dangerous performance enhancers and hallucinogens. It's actually part of a super soldier program. The next step involves mind control with Gamma radiation. I don't foresee it ending well, personally, since there's actually significant evidence hidden in Portal 2 easter eggs, that Marvel comics is actually an extensive "hide in plain sight" cover up initiative being used by SHIELD as they develop the Avengers initiative to allow them easier access to water supplies in remote parts of the world to add dangerous fluoride levels to the water in an effort to take over the world.
