SC2 exercises to do on your own?

Is there something to do where I can just throw some music on and do it over and over again alone in a map or against an easy AI or something? Maxing drill with certain army comps? etc? Lately, I've been playing against AI on some of the newer, soon-to-be ladder maps, trying to race to 200/200 in the fastest time possible while macroing as efficiently as possible. It has been helping to polish up my rusty mechanics.
