NEVER ask a German if they speak English. Just insist that they do and keep talking to them. Unless they speak perfectly, they will say no and try to get away from you, no matter how good or bad their English is. | ||

Most people 'round here just flat out suck at English, couple that with an asian accent and understanding gets hard. Especially in rural areas Wouldn't read to much into it, all those people just had no idea what Select tried to say. But it sure sucks  | ||
