Even though this would be for another topic...the blame is on the tons of scumbags. For example, from the last 5 people who started talking to me on the street, 3 only pretended to need help and then tried to sell me stuff and 1 tried to steal from me - only 1 was a nice tourist. You can't really blame people for becoming "unhelpful" under those circumstances. I certainly wouldn't give my phone to anyone, ever. Not because I'm unhelpful in general, but just because I'm too afraid that the guy I give it to kicks me in the crotch and takes off. | ||

It should not really be a suprice to anyone the fact that IEM took some of the cheapest offers they have available, if the players dont like it they should either not go or pay them self for better rooms.(Which you have to do months in advance to get any sort of decent price) | ||
