There isn't much BW balance whine because Blizzard won't do anything about it. It doesn't mean the game is balanced.

I don't think any human-made RTS game can be perfectly balanced as long as something is different within the races.

That being said, just enjoy the game. T might be broken in progaming levels but P is broken in low iccup levels, you will never be a progamer so whats the point
