The thing is, you can't be sure of that, maybe if they had reached your home, you or your sister would have noticed the driver was totally drunk and could have stopped them. | ||

But when your friend just died, that's not what you want to hear, and hearing that is only going to make it worse for you. Tell her that in a week or a month, but to tell her that right after the accident while she's still mourning is just cruel. If you can't put stuff on the back-burner to comfort and support someone who has just lost a friend, then you should go away. Just because you don't feel bad for your sister's friends doesn't mean that she doesn't. And you should be able to at least have sympathy for her loss and pain. | ||
