I apologize for my bluntness but it was not fun to listen to. The effort you put into it was good but it's definitely not something that I would listen to.

I'm not going to comment on composition. I think it's good for its length.
My main issue is the equalization and mixing levels. In a nutshell, past 1:10 there's a lot of low frequency presence without any dynamics from the voice synths that's muddling out the high-frequency elements (lyrics, beats, melody).
I downloaded the wav just to make sure, and I think it's SoundCloud partly to blame, partly your mixing across tracks. The downgraded web-streaming quality makes a difference, you lose a lot of your high end, and that accentuates the problem.
You've also mastered it kinda flat, so your beats, lyrics, and melody are hard to hear past 1:10 and the oohs/aahs come in really strong at 1:10.
Only you can adjust your tracks, but I did try my hand at the master eq.
I amplified -2.0dB to get a little bit of working space, then went for roughly: 80Hz: -0.9dB 500Hz: -5.8dB 1.6KHz: +3.0dB (this helps the arpeggios that start around 1:33) 10kHz: -2.0dB
http://soundcloud.com/dj-mmp/fc-feat-ya-kid-k-spin-that (private to you only). I recommend downloading it, the transcoding is harsh.
I think it helps the clarity after 1:30, but you could get even cleaner effect by just lowering the ooh/aah track.
I do like it though. Sounds nice.

almost 6db- on 500hz must hurt any track pretty bad
edit: unless you have a sharp q value
