The IGN ProLeague Season 4/Pacific Qualifiers take place in Manila, Philippines. I happen to be living in Manila so I decided to go, since I'm a big SC2 fan.. I decided to take some photo of the event and share it with the TL community..

Were you impressed, or satisfied with the event itself? I'm kinda still wondering if there was at least a positive reaction to those that were attending the event. Were the players content, did they enjoy the tournament? People seem to be focusing more on the negatives of how badly the even was ran rather than the enjoyment of the game itself.

IMO, The first day was really bad, really laughable. The 2nd day turn out pretty ok, everything seems to be working and the matches are much much better...
I was also at the event both day 1 and 2. To those wondering how the event was live, day 1 was dragging, but the awesome matches of Sen were awesome, making it the event worth going to.
Despite all the negative feedback of the streams and the major fuck ups, as part of the audience, I enjoyed the whole experience. Tastosis, Rachel and Alyn, the Beeduck, and the enthusiastic SC2 fans, and of course the awesome pro players present made the event awesome. I didn't have to go to Korea or Vegas to witness an event like this. and I am glad the event happen and appreciate all the hard work the people involved put into despite all the major setbacks and shenanigans/incompetence of the head organizer.
Awesome event and I am happy I got to meet MKP and cheer for him! I got to watch amazing starcraft live with my friends!! Pretty soon I can see barcrafts happening here. Amazing games! My friends who weren't die hard SC2 fans really enjoyed the event as well especially on Day 2. SC2 fans from Manila that weren't able to watch the event live missed out big time.
Watching matches of the best players in the world live on a big screen with an enthusiastic SC2 crowd, with gorgeous hosts, with the best casters was really an awesome experience. I never thought it would happen but it did. And I am happy. In the end, it was all about awesome starcraft games and enjoying them with your friends.

The finals match was even more intense! Didnt video it coz my phone was hanging.
Wow looks like Naniwa is getting in to shape! He said he would take care of that and looks like he is well on his way. Hope to get his autograph in Dreamhack. The two sisters are really beautiful too, remember seeing them in the Starcraft song "4-gate" long time ago.

I agree with u bro, 2nd day is so much better, and this is so far the biggest sc2 event in the Philippines. TASTOSIS, beeduck, Allyn, Rachel, the SC2 Pro Players!! Sase,Mc, MKP, Fruitdealer, Rossi, Naniwa, Sen and etc.. really huge..
