Make sure you run barefoot! so good! (although if you're running on treadmill I think it gets a little painful, so maybe socks?)
Also about your challenge, Take like half-ounce drinks or less... No one is going to complain about it... I mean hell you're eating enough crispy creme donuts in a day to fuck with anyone's mind just all on their own, so decrease the number of alcohol by like 3 to 4 times, it'll still be all good, remember health is important!
