Hello TL, I've reached 500 posts, and so I'd like to write a little about my time here.
Team Liquid is great. That's all that needs to be said. It's better moderated than the Blizzard forums and a heck of a lot better than Elitist Jerks.
Now that that's over with, shoutouts!
Torte de Lini- you are my posting role model on Team Liquid. You have gotten a fair number of warnings and bans during your time here, but you've never lost it. You keep to a standard of posting, and for that, I follow all of your comments religiously(it's a little difficult).
Biff the Understudy- You showed me that Team Liquid was about more than just games. After reading one of your posts in the General forum a year or so back, I thought to myself " I need to join this website NOW. Social issues and Starcraft? Sign me up." You convinced me to join Team Liquid.
JingleHell-you may be banned, but your tech advice and opinions are second to none. You've helped me in arguments and in tech support, and you're a master of your art.
Others: Probe1, Alejandrisha, masterbreti, TehTemplar, marttorn, and Barrin: You guys are really the few forum vets that I've interacted with other than the three above, and I just wanted to say: you've made my time on TL as good as it can be. Thanks!
Well, I want to hit 1000 by the end of the month, but I suppose that I'll settle for two weeks. After having been active for a month now, I really look forward to the rest of the year here.

I've never found a website like this. The posting quality and the enforcement of general civility is second to none. I love spending time here, even if I disagree with some of the more liberal posters in the political threads.
Congrats on 500! Hopefully I'll get there soon without resorting to LR threads.

Trust me, you will if you visit every day, there are plenty of controversial and interesting threads around TL
