I missed a week of school, so I'm currently getting my ass double kicked from backed up work. Can't be super in-depth as I'd like.

HuK vs. BoxeR
This couldn't be possibly with everyone in the community. From the TLers who spawned the idea, to those who had BW on their USB sticks or downloaded it through 3G, to the people who decided to call BoxeR up, and of course the pros who volunteered to play the game. I think everyone's read the full story by now, but it was really unbelievable watching HuK, BoxeR, Ret, TT1, and Socke play. I remember the nerd chills I got when I first met BoxeR in person, but to watch him play StarCraft Brood War was surreal beyond words. I immediately went to grab his signature afterwards, and it's very special to me since I associate it with his games I managed to witness live. Shoutouts to thegunrun, Albert, Kibbit, and that guy from regina university who's name I forgot. Also thanks to CaucasianAsian and Rauculn for casting, and of course the roaming IGN interviewers with the LiveU backpack who put it on stream.

Mafia with the TL crew
Again, you've all heard the stories, but here are my favorite highlights:

"This is a glass, I'm not mafia"

"Ok, so we'll just call them Red Cop and Black Cop"
"Can we call the Black Cop, Shaft?"
-Hot_Bid

TheMango pointing at me right after the first night and accusing me of being Mafia based off a hunch. He was right

If you meet d3_crescentia at future events...do not buy him drinks.

After we widdled down the town a bit. We had up to 30 people playing, kill em all!

The Mafia crew on the last day. TheMango generously treated us to dinner, where we ESPORTS gossiped like no other.

We all kept in contact through an app called Beluga, which is basically an easy way to mass text. The entire event got a lot more fun when they all showed up. To be honest, TL crew basically ran the entire qualifiers!

Into the ether with motbob, and other mancrushes
Motbob is a kind fellow that I'd like to highlight. During dinner he tried to make a joke, but fell short. He then bantered about Plato's concept about the ether, and how he wished to reach further into the ether to retrieve his joke. He spoke softly but directly. During the rest of the event, we all did our part to help motbob reach further into the ether.

Intrigue was also a really awesome guy. So cute. Good voice.

HUGE shoutout to azndsh who treated the TL staff working IPL + Naz and Haypro to a very nice steak dinner. We felt guilt like no other. There are no pics of him, but eating a fancy meal + discussing the future of ESPORTS was one of many "is this really happening" moments. Truly a nerd baller!

That's all for now, I'll upload the entire album someday, and maybe continue posting pics by request for those who have their pics on my camera.

I was Shaft during the Red Cop/Black Cop game, and I had to pick the black guy to kill because he was mafia.

Needs more pictures! You had that damn camera with you the entire event, there had better be a gigantic photo album follow-up to this or I'm gonna be pissed. I'm counting on you shindigs.
